We're looking for a commercially driven professional who can acquire new advertisers, build agency partnerships and generate profitable new business. Responsibilities Acquire new brands, advertisers and agency accounts. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline. Pitch affiliate, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS and other relevant campaign solutions. Negotiate commercial terms and close new campaigns. Develop long-term client relationships and expand accounts. Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM records and follow-up schedules. Work with internal campaign teams to ensure commercially viable delivery. What we're looking for 3–6 years of relevant B2B sales experience in affiliate marketing, advertising, ad-tech or performance marketing. Evidence of personally acquiring and closing new business. Understanding of campaign economics, margins and performance metrics. Strong prospecting, negotiation and presentation skills. A self-directed working style with accountability for measurable results. Selection process Candidates will complete a practical sales exercise and discuss their previous business development results.
