We're looking for a commercially driven professional who can acquire new advertisers, build agency partnerships and generate profitable new business. Responsibilities Acquire new brands, advertisers and agency accounts. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline. Pitch affiliate, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS and other relevant campaign solutions. Negotiate commercial terms and close new campaigns. Develop long-term client relationships and expand accounts. Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM records and follow-up schedules. Work with internal campaign teams to ensure commercially viable delivery. What we're looking for 3–6 years of relevant B2B sales experience in affiliate marketing, advertising, ad-tech or performance marketing. Evidence of personally acquiring and closing new business. Understanding of campaign economics, margins and performance metrics. Strong prospecting, negotiation and presentation skills. A self-directed working style with accountability for measurable results. We're looking for someone who can turn conversations into partnerships and paid business. What you'll do: • Pitch and close paid corporate talks, workshops and wellbeing programs, including with banks. • Build collaborations with colleges, institutes, doctors and healthcare professionals. • Secure speaking opportunities. • Pitch our podcast to platforms for distribution and sponsorship, and to brands for sponsorship. • Find sponsors for planned events, including a carnival and an award show. • Create proposals and pitch decks, follow up with prospects, negotiate within approved terms and track client payments. • Coordinate confirmed work with our delivery team and build repeat business. Paid corporate work will be the first priority, with sponsorship outreach alongside it. What we're looking for: • A demonstrated sales track record: what you sold, how you found the opportunity and how you closed it. • Strong communication, reliable follow-through and good knowledge of Bengaluru. • Fluent written and spoken English. Kannada is a plus. • Your own transport for client meetings. • The ability to create and deliver presentations and pitch decks. • Nice to have: basic website updates, such as workshop details, dates and booking links. Technical development is not required. Location: Bengaluru. Hybrid, with one office day per week in Koramangala and remote work otherwise, alongside client meetings across the city. I’m #hiring Founder’s Office sounds fancy. Most days, it’s the company’s experiment lab. We pick up things that don’t have an owner yet, test a hypothesis, and figure out what works. We’re testing a new outbound motion and looking for an SDR to build it with us. The biggest requirement? You actually enjoy picking up the phone and speaking to strangers. You’ve done outbound for a year or more. SaaS or AI experience helps, but curiosity, hunger, and the ability to learn quickly matter more. Location - Chennai, in office. Working Hours - Expect overlap with UK/US business hours, including late evenings in India. Some days will click. Others will send us back to the drawing board.
