Arnifi is looking for a Legal Associate to join our Legal and Compliance team in Bangalore. Arnifi is a Dubai-headquartered business setup and corporate services company helping founders and businesses establish and operate across the UAE, KSA and 10+ other jurisdictions. In under three years, we have completed 1,000+ business setups across the UAE and GCC. Role Description The Legal Associate will work closely with clients and internal teams on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, with a primary focus on UAE and international business setups. Key Responsibilities -Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements, including SPAs, SHAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, employment agreements and NDAs. -Conducting legal and regulatory research on UAE and international laws.Assisting with company incorporations, restructurings, amendments, share transfers and capital changes.Supporting corporate governance, compliance and regulatory filings. -Assisting with employment and HR-related legal documentation. -Supporting data protection, privacy and regulatory compliance matters. -Coordinating with law firms, government authorities, regulators and external consultants. -Reviewing client documentation and identifying legal, regulatory and contractual risks. -Supporting matters across the UAE, KSA, India, Singapore, USA and other jurisdictions. Requirements A. LLB / LLM with relevant experience in corporate, commercial or regulatory law. B. 2–4 years of relevant legal experience. C. Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills. D. Ability to independently manage multiple matters and coordinate with clients and external stakeholders. E. Good understanding of contracts, corporate documentation and regulatory compliance. Experience in UAE corporate/commercial law, free zone regulations or business setup matters will be preferred.
