The job: you own a live deployment from start to finish. Pick up camera inventory in the morning, travel with your team of 5-6 operators to the site, meet the factory owner or ops head, check data quality all day, verify the footage and close the days report. Every day, a different place. Next week can be a different city. The growth path: Operations Manager → Regional Manager → City Head. Based on performance, not time served. Our future ops leadership will come from this cohort.
