We build training datasets that teach robots to work, captured from real people on factory floors, in kitchens, construction sites, resorts, shopping malls, so on.. The job: you own a live deployment from start to finish. Pick up camera inventory in the morning, travel with your team of 5-6 operators to the site, meet the factory owner or ops head, check data quality all day, verify the footage and close the days report. Every day, a different place. Next week can be a different city. The growth path: Operations Manager → Regional Manager → City Head. Based on performance, not time served. Our future ops leadership will come from this cohort. Who I want:- - 2025 / 2026 grads, any degree, no CGPA cutoff. - Startup internships are a big plus- OR 1-3 years in field/city/fleet ops at places like Snabbit, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Urban Company, etc. - Strong spoken English and Hindi.
