Host Operations Lead@8club
Less than 20 days into the job and I am already looking to grow my team over at 8club. That’s how fast we’re building!
We’re looking for a Host Operations Lead, and we want someone on top of their game. At 8club, we're building the future of offline social experiences. You’ll be the person helping hosts create those meaningful experiences, make them successful, and build strong communities.
So, if you’re great with people and data, both, and are curious about why some things (experiences or communities) work while others fail - we want you.
Here’s my personal checklist:
-Should be great at making people feel heard & comfortable
-Naturally curious and enjoy solving problems on the fly
-Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning relationships end-to-end
-1-2+ years of experience and wanting to build something from close to day one
Most importantly, you should genuinely believe in what we’re trying to create here. Social experiences and community-building should be your jam!
