In the last 1+ year of building from 0 to 1 (more about that later), the best, most consistent complement I've gotten is how we've built the early team. Everyone on this team has a superpower. Everyone brings a unique skillset. My favourite: everyone is delusional enough to be sure that a yet-to-launch, category-creating skin health product will win. I get to spend 70-80 hours/week with this crew, and I couldn't be luckier. This A+ crew is hiring for our last pre-launch role! A top-tier performance marketing + distribution person. But here's the catch ⚠️ We're in the skin x health space. But we're not optimized for performance marketing. We're: - High friction (long user journey before purchase) - Mid-high AOV (bundle sell) - High cognitive load (lot of science) Most performance marketers I speak with instantly jump to making this a one-click purchase. But that's like giving a prescription without even meeting the patient. It kills the customer's experience + outcomes. That's not a compromise we're willing to make. We're looking for someone who can design A+ marketing around the best product. Not dilute the product for ease of marketing. AKA we're looking for someone who's up for a challenge and a little delulu. - We're in BLR. Few weeks away from launch. - Looking for a full-time person (4-6 years of experience in perf), OR - A freelancer (not an agency) with solid creds.
