I am looking for leaders who can take ownership of a function and make it move faster, without making it chaotic. At Noise, I value action more than long planning cycles. If 5 steps can be done in 3, without losing quality, reduce it. Meetings shouldn't be longer than 30 minutes and end with clear action items. If a problem is discussed today, the first action should not wait for next week. I want to work with people who can bring this mindset into how we hire, build, launch, scale brands and use technology inside every function.
