We're building a first-of-its-kind global insurance product for a segment whose risks no insurer anywhere has covered yet. Not a better version of something that exists — a genuine white space. We're early. The category doesn't have a playbook, so we're writing one. If that sounds like your kind of problem, read on. What you'll do: 1. Run user interviews and turn raw conversations into real product decisions 2. Help shape product structure, pricing, and go-to-market from a blank page 3. Support investor conversations — decks, data rooms, diligence, follow-ups 4. Own research: market sizing, competitive teardowns, regulatory reading 5. Everything else a founder's office touches — ops, partnerships, hiring, whatever the week demands What we're looking for: 1. Curious by default — you dig into things deeply 2. Hands-on. You'd rather build the first rough version than write a note about who should build it 3. Unafraid of hard, unfamiliar problems, and comfortable being the least expert person in the room and asking even the dumbest of questions 4. Solutions-first. Anyone can find what's broken; we want the person who fixes it and moves on 5. Sharp thinking, clear writing, communication and calm under ambiguity 6.
