Someone who spots a dip in the numbers on Tuesday and has the spreadsheet open by Wednesday, figuring out why. Someone who can take a messy, vague problem, come back with a plan, and then quietly do the unglamorous work that gets it done. Someone who can explain all of it to him in five lines. He's building a fintech platform for mutual fund distributors and wealth managers in India, and this role is focused on GTM. Most of the work lives in the space between a distributor signing up and actually using the product. Why do some stall? What gets them moving? Which channels, messages, and partnerships bring in the right ones? You'd work right next to him on those questions through data, experiments, campaigns on Google and Meta, and a weekly rhythm of tracking what's working. Experience of 1 to 4 years in consulting, startup strategy or ops, fintech, or BFSI helps, but how you think matters more. You're comfortable with data and open to picking up SQL. You'd rather ship a rough first version than sit on a perfect plan. And you're genuinely curious about how money and markets work. The role is full time and in office in Mumbai, with salary, variable pay, and equity for the right person.

You'll lead our thought leadership: an actual point of view, defended in public, wherever our people actually are, X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn. And you'll help build Campus Fund across functions. We want someone with high agency, who closes a gap before being asked to, and who builds from first principles because they genuinely think that's the better way, not because it reads well in an interview.
