Founding Generalist@SuperMe
I'm hiring at SuperMe. Most early stage startups hire for a title. We're hiring for a problem.
The problem: make the product better and the network stronger at the same time.
In practice, that means:
-Working with the team to shepherd product initiatives from idea to execution
-Identifying and bringing the best professionals in the world onto the network
-Building and nurturing communities of operators who make SuperMe more valuable for everyone
-Setting up the GTM infrastructure, tooling, and processes an early stage company needs
This is not a "pick a lane" role. If you've done some combination of growth, GTM engineering, community building, and product management at an early stage company, you know these things bleed into each other.
You'll work directly with me and Ludo Antonov in our San Francisco office. The team is small. The surface area is large. That's the point.
What I'm looking for:
-You've been at an early stage company where you had to figure things out, not just execute a playbook
-You can write code, write copy, and write a strategy doc. Maybe not all equally well, but you're not afraid of any of them
-You have taste for what makes a professional network valuable and who makes it valuable
-You're a go-getter. You don't wait to be told what to do. You identify the constraint and go fix it
I don't care what your last title was. I care that you've done this kind of work and you're good at it.
DM me or email me casey@superme.ai if this sounds like you.
