We're growing fast and getting more ambitious with every client we take on — from a tiny founding team to 8 people working with 20+ beauty and personal care brands across India. I'm looking for someone to join the Founder's Office and basically do a bit of everything: business development, client management, ops, hiring, commercial strategy. One week you could be drafting a commercial proposal for a new client, the next you're sitting in on hiring panels, building out an SOP, or working directly with a founder on pricing and positioning. You won't be confined to one function — you'll move across the business the way we do, picking up whatever needs to get done. This is the closest you'll get to seeing how a consultancy is actually built — not from a deck, but from the inside. You'll be in the room for decisions, not just executing on them, and you'll learn how client relationships, hiring, and commercial strategy all connect in a growing business.
