I need someone who walks into ambiguity and figures it out. I run LedBy Foundation. We work on the economic mobility of Indian Muslim women, one of the most underrepresented talent pools in India. We have a J-PAL RCT running, a hiring bias study published, corporate partners including Microsoft and Deloitte. We were on the front of page of Times of India this year, and just got published by Stanford Social Innovation Review. I am also building some very cool new things at LedBy - a lot is happening! This role sits inside my office. You will work directly with me on: → Donor relationships and pipeline → High-priority partnership initiation → Thought leadership and external narrative → Compliance and legal coordination What I am looking for is: someone who can get things done and does not need me to hold their hand. You will be coached directly by someone with a Harvard + McKinsey + Gates Foundation background. You will have access to a network I have spent decades building. And you will do work that actually matters.
