You will pitch founders who already know they need us, not cold-convince strangers.  → 2 Content Editors. You can turn a founder's messy voice note into a post that still sounds like them.  → 2 Graphic Designers. You make research-heavy posts impossible to scroll past.  → 2 Operations Managers. You keep 35 people serving 85 clients without a single ball dropping.  → 1 HR Manager. You build the hiring and appraisal systems a team like this needs to keep growing.  → Writers. We are never, ever done hiring writers.  → 1 Intern. You want real client work from week one, not coffee runs. Honestly, the skills on the CV matter less to me than one thing. I want people who care. The kind who figure out why a post worked before anyone asks, who would rather redo a deck three times than ship it half-right, and who already have opinions on what we could do better before they even join.
