We have completed our 0-1 journey, and we are now hiring for the following roles: • Founding Account Executive • Social Media / Community Manager • Partnerships Lead • Chief of Staff For context, we have done a lot with a very lean team. We have onboarded: • 3 of the top 10 CCaaS providers • 2 of the Big 4 consulting firms • A major US health system and a top European telecom • One of the top banks in India • Dozens of fast-growing YC startups All on founder-led sales, backed by a team that runs full stack. Our engineers have joined sales calls before demos, and our GTM folks push PRs for marketing. And yet, I am increasingly the bottleneck to growing the company 10x this year. A few rules for whom we hire: • You should be better than me at what you do. • We should enjoy working together. It's a long ride. • You should have an indisputable work ethic.
