🚨 We’re Hiring | Senior Associate – Sports Talent & Sponsorship We are looking to add a commercially driven professional to our team at Roundglass Sports & Punjab FC. If you have a passion for sports business and a proven track record in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, athlete endorsements, and commercial revenue generation, this could be a great opportunity. Location: Delhi/NCR (Remote) Experience: 7+ years In this role, you’ll: • Drive sponsorship and commercial revenues across Punjab FC and the Roundglass Sports ecosystem. • Build and close strategic partnerships with leading brands. • Lead partner renewals while developing a strong new business pipeline. • Manage athlete endorsements, talent partnerships, and ambassador programs. • Identify new monetization opportunities across digital, events, grassroots initiatives, hospitality, and fan engagement. • Work closely with leadership to shape the commercial growth of one of India’s most ambitious sports ecosystems. We’re looking for someone with: ✅ Experience working with football clubs, sports leagues, sports marketing agencies, or athlete management firms (mandatory) ✅ A strong network across brands, agencies, and the sports industry ✅ A proven ability to close sponsorships and commercial partnerships ✅ An entrepreneurial mindset with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills At Roundglass Sports, we’re building more than teams.
