Founder's Office Associate@ScrapUncle
We're expanding our Founder's Office at ScrapUncle — and this time, we're being upfront about what we're really looking for.
The last time we opened this role, we called it an internship. That undersold it. ⸻ We're not looking for someone to fill a few months and move on. We're looking for someone who wants to build with us for the long haul — with a clear path to a full-time offer (PPO) for those who prove they belong here. ⸻ A bit about us: ScrapUncle is making scrap pickup and recycling effortless. Doorstep collection that's changing how India deals with its waste. ⸻ What you'll actually do: This role sits right at the center of how we run. → Talk to customers and run research to understand what they truly need → Find ways to sharpen and optimize our operations, week over week → Be the bridge between our tech team and our operations team — turning ideas into things that actually ship → Own problems end to end and drive them to done ⸻ Who we're looking for: Someone who executes. Someone who steps well beyond their comfort zone. Someone who'll do whatever it takes to get things done — and takes ownership the way a founder would. If you're early in your career but high on hunger, this is one of the best seats you can take. ⸻ Interested? Drop a comment or DM me. Co-Founder's Office@BorderPlus
We're Hiring | ‘You choose the title’ - Co-Founder’s Office | Mumbai
If you want to learn what building a business actually looks like — not from a textbook, but from the inside — this one's for you. At BorderPlus, we're solving one of the biggest talent challenges in global healthcare: connecting institutions with world-class nursing talent from multiple markets. And we're doing it at scale. Here's the honest version of what this role looks like: The challenges will keep changing. One month you're deep in demand planning. The next, you're working on a client partnership or an M&A conversation. Then a new market opens up and the whole problem shifts. That's the point. You won't be handed a fixed playbook. You'll be expected to move fast, think clearly, and solve problems across multiple dimensions of the business — revenue, strategy, partnerships, and execution. What you'll do: → Work directly with our co-founders every day → Drive revenue and demand across European markets - to start with → Own client partnerships and stakeholder relationships → Get involved in M&A, strategic initiatives, and growth decisions → Build the thinking AND do the doing What makes this different: In most roles, you spend years waiting for exposure. Here, you'll get it in months. The learning curve is steep by design — and that's exactly why the right person will leave here with more business sense than peers who spent twice the time at slower-moving organisations. But here's the bigger picture. Every startup that's gone on to build something meaningful had a founding cohort — a small group of people who took the bet early, worked through the hard problems, and came out the other side with something most careers never give you: the experience of having built something from scratch and the rewards that come with it. This is that moment for BorderPlus. And this role is your entry into that cohort. If you're someone who gets energised by ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to understand how a business actually works — not just one function of it — I'd love to talk, please DM me. 📍 Lower Parel, Mumbai | Full-time | 5 days from office if you love numbers  🎓 2–5 years in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management as you already love numbers BorderPlus

Chief of Staff
Hiring for a really cool Chief of Staff role
This is a rare seat for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a company actually gets built, by doing it, next to the founder. You will work directly alongside the CEO across the business: revenue, partnerships, operations, and strategy. You won't be handed a narrow lane. You'll be handed real problems, coached hard, and expected to run at them. Over time, you'll grow into owning meaningful pieces of the business yourself. This is not a support role. It's an apprenticeship in operating, for someone with the horsepower and hunger to make the most of it. We're building the world's first food copilot, powered by a foundational model trained for food. And in the process proving that AI can create jobs, not just replace them, by putting more private chefs to work.  The CoS will be instrumental in shaping this. 👉 Based in SF. No resumes or lengthy forms. Just one prompt to prove you think differently. Details in the comments. 👇

Founder's Office
Most job posts are written to make the work sound easy.
This one won't be. I'm opening three roles in my founder's office, people who'll sit close to me, the team, and the decisions we make every day. Before anyone applies, I want to be honest about whom I'm looking for. Not three versions of the same person. Three very different minds. One - the storyteller who thinks in strategy. Someone who can sit inside our content and brand work and shape it, not just run it. A psychology background, 2–3 years in advertising or media, and an instinct for why people feel what they feel. Two - the builder who loves the messy zero. Sharp, analytical, almost annoyingly precise. The kind of person who wants to build something from nothing — a new category, a new line, a new journey — and stays in the discomfort of 0 to 1 until it works. Three - the one who believes in people. Someone who genuinely believes most people are good and wants to build a culture that proves it. A background in psychology or behavioural science, a couple of years in HR, and a real pull toward making people feel safe enough to do their best work. Now the part I won't soften. Working with me is hard. You'll stretch. You'll be pulled out of your comfort zone more often than you'd like. You'll learn fast, unlearn faster, and care about your craft on the days no one is watching. I'm not offering a comfortable seat. I'm looking for the hungry ones. The ones who refuse to be mediocre. The ones who want to build something of their own — and are willing to do the slow, unglamorous work it takes. If that made you sit up instead of flinch, I want to hear from you. Please fill out this form - https://lnkd.in/d6n52h2z

Co-founder & CEO of SuperMe

Founding Generalist@SuperMe
I'm hiring at SuperMe. Most early stage startups hire for a title. We're hiring for a problem.
The problem: make the product better and the network stronger at the same time. In practice, that means: -Working with the team to shepherd product initiatives from idea to execution -Identifying and bringing the best professionals in the world onto the network -Building and nurturing communities of operators who make SuperMe more valuable for everyone -Setting up the GTM infrastructure, tooling, and processes an early stage company needs This is not a "pick a lane" role. If you've done some combination of growth, GTM engineering, community building, and product management at an early stage company, you know these things bleed into each other. You'll work directly with me and Ludo Antonov in our San Francisco office. The team is small. The surface area is large. That's the point. What I'm looking for: -You've been at an early stage company where you had to figure things out, not just execute a playbook -You can write code, write copy, and write a strategy doc. Maybe not all equally well, but you're not afraid of any of them -You have taste for what makes a professional network valuable and who makes it valuable -You're a go-getter. You don't wait to be told what to do. You identify the constraint and go fix it I don't care what your last title was. I care that you've done this kind of work and you're good at it. DM me or email me casey@superme.ai if this sounds like you.

Founder's Office
Scrabble is hiring for a GTM, Founder's Office mandate with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building AI-powered solutions for conversational AI for an early stage start up.
This is a role where you'd own high-impact growth initiatives while partnering directly with the founder to scale the business. Location: Bangalore The incumbent will: → Work closely with the founders to drive GTM strategy, growth, and go-to-market execution → Drive and execute growth, marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives across markets → Come with 2–4 years of experience in growth, marketing, GTM, or Founder's Office roles within high-growth B2B SaaS companies → Bring a strong bias for execution, analytical thinking, and experience working in fast-paced, 0→1 startup environments If this sounds relevant or if you know someone who could be a strong fit, write to xavier@scrabbleinc.in. Founder's Office@Noya BeautyWorks
We're hiring for our Founder's Office at Noya BeautyWorks 🚀
We're growing fast and getting more ambitious with every client we take on — from a tiny founding team to 8 people working with 20+ beauty and personal care brands across India. I'm looking for someone to join the Founder's Office and basically do a bit of everything: business development, client management, ops, hiring, commercial strategy. One week you could be drafting a commercial proposal for a new client, the next you're sitting in on hiring panels, building out an SOP, or working directly with a founder on pricing and positioning. You won't be confined to one function — you'll move across the business the way we do, picking up whatever needs to get done. This is the closest you'll get to seeing how a consultancy is actually built — not from a deck, but from the inside. You'll be in the room for decisions, not just executing on them, and you'll learn how client relationships, hiring, and commercial strategy all connect in a growing business. This role is for someone who: → Has prior experience in the beauty and personal care space → Wants ownership, not a job description → Is comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast → Can go from a client call to a hiring panel to a pricing deck in the same day → Is genuinely excited about building something, not just maintaining it If this sounds like you (or someone you know), send your resume to admin@noyabeautyworks.com.
