What if your internship wasn’t about watching a company grow, but helping build one? At Nova, we’re building AIRA — an enterprise AI intelligence layer that helps teams understand where work gets stuck and move forward. We’re at an exciting stage: building the next version of our product, fundraising, exploring enterprise opportunities, and preparing for our US market launch in 2027. Now, I’m looking for someone who wants to work directly with the founding team and get involved in the realities of building an AI company. What will you work on? → Market research and US market opportunities → Fundraising research and investor outreach support → Pre-sales and customer discovery → Hiring and team operations → Strategy, problem-solving and execution Some days, you’ll be researching the US enterprise AI market. Other days, you might be preparing for an investor conversation, helping us understand a customer, or taking ownership of a problem nobody has figured out yet. That’s exactly the point. Who should apply? Someone who is curious, resourceful, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity. You don't need to know everything. But you should be willing to learn quickly, think independently, communicate clearly and take responsibility. A quick reality check: we're an early-stage, bootstrapped startup. We're fundraising, building and figuring things out as we go. This isn't a role where every task comes with a detailed playbook. If you're looking for a predictable internship where you simply follow instructions, this may not be for you.
