Here's the problem we're solving. Everyone saves more than they'll ever read. Bookmark folders have turned into graveyards, and nobody goes back through them. ZeroMark triages that pile: it reads every bookmark, tells you why it's worth keeping, and gives you a way to clear the slate. You save something, it actually shapes how you think instead of disappearing into a folder.
We built the product. Now we need the room around it.
• What you'd own as Community Lead: building the community from zero. Acquisition, engagement and retention, plus events and a referral system that gives members a reason to come back and bring someone with them. Growth Lead runs alongside it: the channels, the creator and KOL partnerships, the experiments that tell us what's working.
• Who this is for. Someone who has built, grown and operated a community before and wants to do it again for something worth caring about. Not a first-timer, not someone who's only moderated a Discord. Hundreds of moderators have applied. We're looking for the person who built the thing, not the person who showed up to it.
• Details: Fully remote, location doesn't matter. Startup pace, awesome team, real ownership over the numbers, creative directions and suggestions are always encouraged.
