This is an execution role, not a strategy role. As Go Zero grows, one of the biggest challenges is not deciding what needs to be done. It’s making sure that once we decide something, it actually gets done. That’s where this role comes in. You’ll work closely with me and the leadership team to make sure our most important priorities move from discussion → action → completion. Your job responsibilities will be to: • Track the company’s key priorities and ensure owners are accountable • Follow up relentlessly on commitments across teams • Identify what is stuck and push it to resolution • Run weekly leadership reviews and maintain action trackers • Ensure decisions made in meetings actually get implemented • Coordinate across functions when something falls between teams • Build simple dashboards to track execution and identify gaps • Escalate issues that need my attention • Keep critical projects moving against deadlines • Take ownership of important initiatives that don’t have a clear functional owner • Make sure nothing important gets lost in the noise of a fast growing company You will not be expected to come in and tell me what the strategy of Go Zero should be. You will be expected to make sure the strategy we have decided on gets executed. The person I’m looking for is extremely organised, persistent, analytical and high on ownership. Someone who is comfortable asking: “You committed to this last week. Why isn’t it done yet?” And then ensuring get it done. Experience in consulting, startups, FMCG, D2C or consumer businesses is useful, but not essential. 3-5 years of experience would be ideal.
