🚨 Hiring alert We're hiring a Senior Engineer at Vattara Labs. We're building the testing and observability layer for Voice AI. You'll be deep in real-time audio pipelines, multi-turn conversation tracing, tool call validation chains, and eval frameworks. 🎯 What you'll own: 1. Real-time call ingestion and streaming pipelines. 2. Integrations with Retell, Vapi, Bland, ElevenLabs, Deepgram at failure layer, not just the API layer. 3. Eval pipeline architecture : LLM-as-judge scoring, prompt regression tracking, hallucination detection across agent versions. 4. Multi-tenant observability infrastructure on AWS/ GCP. 👉 Who you are: 1. You've built something that processes real-time audio or high-frequency event streams. 2. You've worked with at least one Telephony / Voice AI / conversational AI or observability stack production environments at scale. 3. You're comfortable being the senior technical voice in a room of three engineers. 4. You're a high agency, company builder who loves working in a startup and interested in making a strong career in voice AI. We are at Pre-seed stage looking for high ownership.
