🚀 We’re hiring a Senior Backend Engineer (4–5 years experience)! We’re looking for someone who enjoys building scalable backend systems, taking ownership of production services, and maintaining a high bar for engineering quality. What you’ll work on: • Designing and building robust backend services and APIs • Driving code quality through strong testing practices • Owning features end-to-end, from design to production • Optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability • Mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering best practices What we’re looking for: • 3–5 years of backend engineering experience • Strong expertise in Node.js, Python. • Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB and Redis • Solid understanding of system design, microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems • Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines • Strong ownership mindset and attention to production excellence Startup experience is a big plus.
