At Getlook, we bring professional salon and spa services to customers’ homes in Bengaluru. Our trained beauty professionals (our partners) deliver waxing, facials, manicures, hair and makeup with salon-grade products and strict hygiene standards.
We’re growing fast, and I’m looking for people who want to directly shape how thousands of customers and partners experience Getlook.
Open roles (all in Bengaluru, full-time):
🔹 Hiring Executive – BTL Activities (1–3 yrs, field role)
Run on-ground hiring drives, visit beauty academies and salons, build institute partnerships, and turn conversations into hires. Two-wheeler preferred.
🔹 Operations Executive – Hiring (1–3 yrs)
Own the partner hiring funnel end to end: sourcing, screening, trade tests, verification and onboarding. Volume recruitment experience is a plus.
🔹 Operations Executive – Partner Retention (1–3 yrs)
Keep our beauty partners happy, active and earning well. Resolve partner issues, spot at-risk partners early, and run engagement programmes.
🔹 Inventory & Purchase Executive (2–4 yrs)
Handle procurement and vendor negotiations, manage stock and partner kits, and run audits.
What we look for: Kannada + Hindi fluency (English for Inventory), strong ownership, and comfort in a fast-paced startup.
