Today, thousands of customers in Bengaluru trust us, and behind every booking is one of our beauty partners. Our partners are the heart of Getlook, and our customers are the reason we exist. Every day, we’re building two things at once: a platform where beauty professionals build real careers, and an experience customers can’t wait to book again. Here’s who I’m looking for: 🔹 Hiring Executives – BTL Activities Someone who loves being on the ground. You’ll visit beauty academies, salons and communities across the city and bring talented professionals into the Getlook family. 🔹 Operations Executives – Hiring Someone who can own our partner hiring funnel from the first call to the first booking, and make it faster and better every month. 🔹 Operations Executives – Partner Retention Someone who genuinely cares about people. Our partners’ livelihoods depend on us, and you’ll make sure they stay happy, supported and earning well. 🔹 Inventory & Purchase Executive Someone who’ll make sure every partner has the right products at the right time and the right cost. 🔹 Beauty Trainers Train our partners on services, products and hygiene standards, so every customer gets a true salon-quality experience at home. 🔹 Fleet Manager Keep our fleet running smoothly, so our partners reach every booking safely and on time. 🔹 Customer Relationship Executives Be the voice of GetLook for our customers, resolving queries quickly and making every experience one they’ll book again. All roles are full-time in Bengaluru. I won’t promise an easy job.
