As we grow, I'm looking for someone who genuinely understand their craft. Someone who understands performance marketing beyond campaign setup, budget adjustments, and ROAS screenshots. You should be comfortable with things like: 1. Diagnosing why performance dropped instead of just changing audiences or creatives. Understanding Meta's delivery system, auction dynamics, learning, attribution, and creative-led scaling. 2. Knowing when to consolidate campaigns, when to segment, and when to leave things alone. 3. Identifying whether the problem is the creative, audience, offer, landing page, tracking, or economics. 4. Understanding Google Search, Shopping, PMax, feed optimisation, search intent, and conversion quality. 5. Knowing the difference between platform-reported ROAS and actual business profitability. 6. Working with Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution discrepancies. 7. Scaling accounts without blindly increasing budgets or sacrificing efficiency. Most importantly, you should be able to look at an ad account, ask the right questions, find the actual bottleneck, and build a clear plan to improve performance.
