We build agents that Indian manufacturers, traders and distributors run their business on: orders, inventory, billing. When something breaks, a factory owner can't send an invoice or a shipment gets held up. That's why we care about QA. Right now our engineers ship fast and test what they can. That's no longer enough. We want one person who owns quality end to end and is a little obsessive about it. What you'll do: - Own testing for every release: manual first, then automate what keeps breaking - Break the product before customers do: edge cases, bad data, weird workflows - Write bug reports engineers can act on without a follow-up call - Sit close to the product team and push back when something isn't ready to ship Who we want: - 1–3 years in QA, or less if you can show us bugs you've found that others missed - You've worked with real business software, where data correctness matters - Some automation experience (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, anything) - You'd rather say "this isn't ready" than let it slide What you get: - Early team, real ownership, direct line to me - Your work goes straight to businesses that depend on it daily Indiranagar, Bangalore, in-office DM me or write to hello@pactle.co.
