That's no longer enough. We want one person who owns quality end to end and is a little obsessive about it. What you'll do: - Own testing for every release: manual first, then automate what keeps breaking - Break the product before customers do: edge cases, bad data, weird workflows - Write bug reports engineers can act on without a follow-up call - Sit close to the product team and push back when something isn't ready to ship Who we want: - 1–3 years in QA, or less if you can show us bugs you've found that others missed - You've worked with real business software, where data correctness matters - Some automation experience (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, anything) - You'd rather say "this isn't ready" than let it slide What you get: - Early team, real ownership, direct line to me - Your work goes straight to businesses that depend on it daily Indiranagar, Bangalore, in-office DM me or write to hello@pactle.co.
