As we expand our presence, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Business Development Manager with a strong background in Corporate Childcare to drive our next phase of growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Corporate Partnerships: Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with corporates across industries.
* HR & Leadership Connect: Build strong relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Admin Heads, and other key decision-makers.
* Corporate Childcare Solutions: Promote and expand workplace creches, corporate daycare facilities, and employee childcare benefit programmes.
* Business Development: Generate leads, develop a robust sales pipeline, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
* Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities across IT parks, corporate campuses, and large organisations.
* Revenue Growth: Drive business targets, strengthen existing partnerships, and contribute to EarlyVentions’ expansion strategy.
👤 Who Should Apply?
* Prior experience in corporate childcare is mandatory.
* A proven track record in corporate business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships within the childcare ecosystem.
* Established connections with HR leaders, corporate decision-makers, and workplace administration teams.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
* A self-driven professional with a passion for building businesses and creating meaningful impact.
