If in your current/past company, “someone should fix this” usually means you -- We should talk. We’re looking for a builder who can work alongside us, turn ambitious ideas into experiments, and take the ones that work all the way to execution. Your job: make things exist. Then make them work. What you’ll own: • Take new initiatives from “could this work?” to launch, early traction and a clear decision on what comes next. • Talk to customers, spot unmet needs and turn those insights into products, services or better experiences. • Build and test growth channels, partnerships and revenue opportunities. • Work across product, sales, marketing and operations to unblock execution. • Bring clarity to messy problems: define the goal, understand the economics, pick the next move and own the result. • Build repeatable processes so successful experiments can scale. You’ll probably enjoy this if: • You have 3–5 years of hands-on startup-building experience—as a founder, early employee or operator with meaningful ownership. • You can point to something you built and explain what happened: customers won, revenue generated, a product shipped or a lesson that changed your approach. • You’re comfortable with spreadsheets, customer conversations and getting your hands dirty. • You move quickly, exercise judgment and know when to ask for help. • You can rally people around a goal and follow through without constant reminders.
