WE’RE HIRING | ‼️ Founder’s Office Associate House of Creatif | Jaipur | Full-time | Hybrid We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive individual to work closely with the Founder’s Office at House of Creatif, supporting operations across our three brands: • Poetriarchy : A community for artists and art lovers, focused on events, experiences, and creative opportunities. • Creatif Learning : Connecting creative people with the education sector through workshops and experiential learning. • The Creatif Project : A digital and experiential marketing agency working with brands. ( this is the heavy part ) What you’ll be responsible for: * Managing day-to-day operations, coordination, and follow-ups across ventures. * Creating, maintaining, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Identifying, managing, and resolving operational escalations. * Working with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Drive. * Using AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to streamline workflows and improve productivity. * Supporting marketing, event planning, execution, and project management. * Creating and managing presentations, documents, and creatives using Canva. What we’re looking for: * Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Google Workspace, AI tools, and Canva. * An understanding of marketing, events, and creative industries. * Someone who takes ownership, works independently, and can manage multiple priorities. * Prior experience in the marketing or event industry is preferred.
