Founder’s Office Associate – Sales & Business Development | Pericles Academy Gurugram | Full-time | 1–3 years out of college ABOUT PERICLES ACADEMY Rethinking how children are educated and counseled. Schools still prepare students for a world where knowing the answer was enough. Counselors still run the old playbook, recommending the same profile-building activities thousands of applicants copy. Neither works anymore. Pericles Academy is an ed-tech company built on personalised education: helping every student discover their passion, go deep in it, and make informed college and career choices. Our programmes: - Ivy League Mentorship Programme - College Admissions Counseling - Research and Capstone Project Mentorship - Workshops for Parents and Schools - Immersive Learning Bootcamps We’re a lean team, founded by an IIT and UC Berkeley alumnus with 14+ years in investment banking in New York and London. THE ROLE You’ll work directly with the Founder on whatever matters most: converting parent enquiries, opening a school partnership, launching a programme or preparing a proposal. This is not an assistant role. You’ll own outcomes, not tasks. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON - Sales and enrolments (your home base): Own the pipeline from first parent conversation to enrolment, and follow up until it closes. - Partnerships: Build relationships with schools, residential communities, clubs and corporates. Research: Identify and size up new programmes, partners, markets and channels. - Founder support: Build sharp decks, proposals and briefs; prepare for key meetings. Coordination: Run workshops and parent sessions; coordinate across teams and keep projects on track. YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU - Graduated in the last 1–3 years, ideally from Ashoka, a leading DU college (SRCC, St. Stephen’s, LSR, Miranda House, Gargi), or a similar institution in the US, UK, Singapore or Australia - Have exposure to sales, BD, consulting or a startup, or have run something: a society, a fest, a side venture - Are confident and credible with well-educated parents and school leaders - Communicate clearly in English, spoken and written - Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini fluently - Care about how education is changing - Get things done without being chased, and are comfortable with ambiguity WHAT YOU GET - Direct mentorship from the Founder - Exposure across sales, partnerships, marketing and strategy - Revenue sharing, with equity upside for the right candidate TO APPLY Send your resume and a short note on why this role interests you to info@periclesacademy.com
