Graphic Designer | Internship I’m looking for someone with a good eye for design, branding, and visual communication. You should understand social media creatives, have a basic understanding of website design, and be able to do basic reel and short-form video editing. An understanding of premium aesthetics is important, given the kind of brands we work with. 3. Social Media Marketing Specialist | Full-Time This role involves working on Ascella Group and our luxury client accounts. You should have 1 to 2.5 years of experience and be comfortable working across Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn. I’m looking for someone who understands content planning, platform-specific execution, analytics, engagement, and how to maintain a consistent brand presence. We work with premium brands, so professional conduct, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand positioning are non-negotiable. You should be organised, system-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of your work. A few things to know: - All positions are fully remote and open to candidates based in India. - The Founder’s Associate and Graphic Designer positions are six-month internships, with a stipend of ₹5,000 per month and the possibility of full-time conversion. - The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time position.
