I have my fingers in 10 boxes. I’m looking for a co-founder to own 5 of them. Not another employee. Not another consultant. Someone who wants to build. I’m building Care Cubs (CurioLab Pvt. Ltd.), a bootstrapped K–12 STEM company based in Panchkula. We bring robotics, AI, drones, 3D printing and IoT into schools, making technology education hands-on for students aged 7–18. Where we stand today: * 27 partner schools across Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab * 2 Innovation Centres, with a third coming up in Yamunanagar * DPIIT-recognised startup * Built without external capital I handle sales, school partnerships, strategy and operations. But the next stage of growth requires more than one person trying to do everything. I’m looking for a Co-Founder – Academics & Technology. Someone to own our academic and technology vertical end to end: → Curriculum: Building a Grade 2–12 learning journey across robotics, AI, drones, IoT and data science. → Technology: Owning lab infrastructure, kits and the technology stack. → Trainer Excellence: Setting hiring standards, training systems and delivery quality. → Student Outcomes: Creating pathways for projects, competitions and real-world innovation. → Scaling: Taking us from 27 schools to 100+ without compromising learning quality. Who am I looking for? Someone who can design a curriculum in the morning and debug a robot on a school floor in the afternoon. Someone who thinks independently, challenges assumptions and tells me when I’m wrong. Someone who believes innovation shouldn’t be limited to metro cities. Students in Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns deserve the same opportunities to build, experiment and create. Above all, someone who wants ownership, accountability and the chance to build something meaningful. The honest picture: We are early-stage, bootstrapped and based in North India. There is real work, real complexity and plenty that needs fixing. In return, I’m open to meaningful co-founder equity for the right person who demonstrates ownership and results. We won’t start with promises or titles. We’ll start by solving a real problem together through a paid trial. If we work well together, we’ll explore building the next chapter of Care Cubs as co-founders. I’m not looking for someone who simply wants to join a startup.
