We’re hiring a Senior Associate for the Founder’s Office at Samaavesh.
This is a five-day, in-office role, working directly with the founders.
We’re looking for someone with a marketing degree and demonstrated experience in marketing and social media, who can write well and is willing to take responsibility for people and work.
The role involves client coordination, content writing and review, and managing campaigns. You’ll also work with the founders on hiring, team management and deciding what work the team can take on.
What matters to us is how you handle responsibility. Can you make sense of an unclear brief, give useful direction to a creative team and see the work through? Can you address a problem when it comes up, including when that means having a difficult conversation?
You should know how to use AI sensibly to save time on repetitive tasks. We’ll expect your own thinking and judgement in the work, along with the ability to write independently.
