Over the last few years, we have been building and growing businesses in consulting, technology, and tax solutions. As we enter the next phase of growth, I am looking for someone to work closely with me in the Founder’s Office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new things, and taking ownership. Every week will be different. One day you may be evaluating a new business opportunity, another day exploring AI tools, preparing an investor presentation, or helping shape a growth strategy. Some of the areas you will be involved in include: • Exploring AI and automation opportunities that can improve efficiency and create better customer experiences. • Working on business growth initiatives, strategic projects, and expansion plans. • Supporting investor communication and helping articulate our long-term vision. • Testing new marketing ideas and identifying innovative ways to reach customers. • Evaluating technology platforms and tools that can strengthen how we operate. • Building relationships and partnerships that help us scale. I am not looking for someone who has all the answers. I am looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and willing to learn. Someone who enjoys thinking independently, asking questions, and converting ideas into execution. Your educational background matters far less than your ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, and get things done. Whether you come from business, finance, technology, marketing, or another field, what matters most is your mindset. You will get a front-row seat to how businesses are built, decisions are made, and opportunities are evaluated. You will work directly with founders on projects that can have a meaningful impact on the future of our organisation.
