We work with partners like HDFC Bank and Visa on campus programmes. We are not funded by a big VC, we are not a “cool” 9-to-6 workplace, and we are not hiring for a high CTC. We are hiring for one thing: fire in the belly. Who we’re looking for : Freshers or people with basic experience. We genuinely cannot afford experienced professionals right now, and we’re not pretending otherwise. Attitude will matter far more than talent. If you’re hungry, fast, and want to learn by doing, keep reading. The role : You’ll sit next to the founder — a CEO with 25+ years in AI and SaaS tech startups — and act as his shadow. Every meeting, every partner call, every campaign. You’ll own: All campaigns, end to end — campus drives, partner offers, app launches Our social media pages — content, posting, community, numbers. In-app push notifications and all user communication Day-to-day coordination with partners like banks fintechs — follow-ups, MOMs, decks Tracking decisions and action items from every founder meeting and chasing them to closure Whatever else the week throws at you — tech, sales, marketing, ops. What it’s actually like : The work will be relentless, and so will the learning. The CEO may get an idea at 3am and want you to look into it right then. You need to be reachable, quick on WhatsApp, and sharp in communication at all hours. This is a front-row seat to how a startup is really built — partnerships, product, growth, fundraising — from close quarters, every single day. Social media exposure comes with the territory. What you get An experience of a lifetime — and that’s the honest pitch. Direct mentorship, real ownership from day one, and the kind of exposure that usually takes years to earn. You will be on the table with the who's who in tech fintech banking & the consumer internet. You will be at the center stage of events, award & cerimonies but you have to burn the midnight oil here, be ready to carry standees in public transport to the event site.
