Most AI agents forget everything once a session ends. The ones with long context windows have a different problem: they get worse as the context fills up. We don't think a bigger window or a smarter retrieval trick fixes that. We think models need to keep learning after they're deployed.
That's our focus. Our trainable memory layer lets agents learn from their own experience instead of re-reading a prompt that keeps growing. We're one of the only lab in India doing frontier research on continual learning, and we're looking to expand our team !!
We’re a small, cracked team of builders and researchers in Bangalore, and we’re looking for experienced people who want to do hands-on AI research.
Open roles (Bangalore, onsite):
Senior ML Researcher (6+ yrs) – Drive our foundational research on continual learning: balancing stability against plasticity, and working out how non-parametric memory fits into a model that keeps learning.
Senior ML Research Engineer, Training & Inference Systems (4+ yrs): Own the research and the systems behind how our models train and serve. Our models are personalised, keep learning, and answer in real time. How fast and how well they run depends on what you build.
Senior Applied AI Engineer: Work in the intersection of research and product. Take what works in a notebook and turn it into something real users can rely on, at a cost we can defend.
Senior Software Engineer (4+ yrs): Build core systems from the ground up, with full ownership. Our latency budgets are measured in microseconds, so you'll need to care about them too.
