About the role
Shape machine learning systems that move from prototype to dependable production use. Work spans data pipelines, model design and the monitoring that keeps results honest after launch.
What you'll do
✅ Owning data pipelines, model design, deployment and monitoring across the full ML lifecycle.
✅ Turning business goals into ML architectures that reflect real context and constraints.
✅ Partnering with product, engineering and business teams on problem statements and success metrics.
✅ Evaluating and tuning models for accuracy, scalability and speed with current techniques.
What you'll need
✅ 4+ years of hands-on data science and ML development work.
✅ A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
✅ Strong Python with Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-learn, plus solid feature engineering and evaluation skills.
✅ Working knowledge of NLP, computer vision, time-series forecasting and statistical modeling.
