What You'll Do :
-> Fine-tune and post-train LLMs using techniques such as SFT, RLHF, and reinforcement learning with verifiable rewards, and systematically measure their performance.
-> Design and build benchmarks and evaluation harnesses for agentic behaviour, model safety, and reliability.
-> Build and maintain infrastructure for generating, running, and verifying reinforcement-learning environment tasks.
-> Develop Dockerized environments, graders, rollout pipelines, and evaluation infrastructure.
-> Scale task and evaluation throughput from hundreds to thousands of runs per week while maintaining data and evaluation quality.
-> Establish engineering standards, review code, and mentor engineers and contributors.
-> Collaborate directly with frontier AI labs and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver production-quality solutions.
-> Improve the reliability, reproducibility, and scalability of model-training and evaluation pipelines.
