📢 WE’RE HIRING | General Manager – Business Operations amp; Corporate Development 📍 Location: Kerala, India 💼 Experience: 8–12+ Years 🏢 Industry: Fintech | Banking | NBFC | Corporate Business Management 🗣️ Languages: English and Hindi (Mandatory); Malayalam (Preferred) 👤 Reporting To: Founder / Promoters About the Role PayNback is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven General Manager – Business Operations amp; Corporate Development to work closely with the Founder and drive business growth, corporate partnerships, sales performance, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate will act as an authorized management representative of the Founder, translate the company’s vision into actionable business strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure effective execution of business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Business Strategy & Growth Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.Drive revenue growth, merchant acquisition, corporate partnerships, and business expansion.Identify new business opportunities and strengthen PayNback’s market presence. 🔹 Corporate & HNI Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), strategic partners, and senior decision-makers.Lead business negotiations and partnership discussions.Represent the Founder in authorized corporate meetings and business engagements. 🔹 Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams, managers, and cross-functional departments.Monitor team performance, productivity, and target achievement.Foster accountability, collaboration, and a performance-driven work culture. 🔹 Business Operations & Execution Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure timely execution of management decisions.Monitor KPIs, operational efficiency, budgets, and business performance.Resolve business challenges and implement corrective actions to achieve organizational goals. 🔹 Founder’s Office & Reporting Work closely with the Founder to implement strategic priorities and business initiatives.Exercise decision-making authority within the limits delegated by the Founder.Submit regular reports on business performance, revenue, partnerships, risks, and operational progress.Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and effective interdepartmental coordination. Candidate Requirements: ✅ 8–12+ years of relevant experience in business operations, corporate development, business management, or leadership roles. ✅ Experience in MNCs, NBFCs, banking, fintech, or corporate business environments preferred. ✅ Proven expertise in corporate relationship management, HNI handling, business development, and commercial negotiations.
