AI Product EngineerMstack
Mstack just crossed $1M in revenue per employee, as a vertically integrated company: R&D, synthesis, manufacturing and delivery. For context, the median revenue per employee across the world's leading listed specialty chemical companies is about <$500K. For India's listed specialty chemical leaders, it's about $230K. That puts us at nearly 2x the global median and over 4x India's. These are exceptional companies, built over decades. We got here differently: small teams that own outcomes end to end, and software doing work that is usually done by hand. I think $1M is the floor, not the ceiling.
The next step is AI in every workflow we run. So I'm hiring a central AI Product Engineer. The job: go through every workflow at Mstack (sales, procurement, quality, regulatory, logistics, finance, R&D), find where AI can do the work, and build it. Assistants for every team. Agents that run entire processes. Think: an RFQ turned into a priced quote in minutes. Export documents for six countries prepared without anyone retyping a field.
You'd be a fit if:
- You've shipped production software, and recently, real AI systems: agents, RAG, evals
- You can sit with a procurement lead in the morning and ship something they use by evening - Claude Code or Cursor is already how you work
- You judge your work by hours saved and cycle times, not demos
What you get: direct access to every team, any model or tool you need, and a real-world business to build against.
Location: Bangalore. No CV needed. Send me something you've built with AI at shreyans at mstack dot ai, or DM me.
