At 2care AIwe're building the AI workforce for the primary care, front office of healthcare, handling patient intake, and admin workflows that clinics are drowning in. Voice is where a lot of that work starts, and it's where we're hiring our next engineer.
Fair warning: a real patient will interrupt your agent mid-sentence, mumble a date of birth, and put the call on speaker next to a barking dog. "Works on my machine" does not survive contact with a real phone call. We find that kind of problem a lot more fun than a ticket queue.
What you'll do:
- Build conversation flows that handle interruptions, retries, and escalations
- Connect EHRs, PMS systems, and calendars so the agent knows what's actually going on
- Work with LLMs to make agents reliable in a space where "mostly right" isn't good enough
- Debug live call issues: audio, STT/TTS, infra, all of it
- Work directly with us, the founders, with no layers between you and the decisions
Who we're looking for:
- 2 to 4 years of experience (strong projects and internships count for a lot)
- Strong in Python or TypeScript, comfortable in both
- Someone who gets energized by ambiguous problems, not paralyzed by them
- Bonus if you've touched LLMs, real-time systems, or telephony. If you're a fast learner who ships, we'll teach you the rest.
Bangalore. In office. Full time.
Healthcare admin is hard and high stakes, and we'd rather build it with someone who wants to own the problem than someone who wants to be handed one.
