The team works on Data Fabric, the data platform that a lot of UiPath's automation and AI products run on. It's distributed systems at scale: ingestion, storage, processing, querying, and governance. The problems are hard, and they matter. The JD covers the technical side well. What I'm also looking for is someone with a builder mindset and a product mindset. By that I mean a person who thinks a problem through properly, writes a solid design, and then stays with it until it's running in production. And someone who keeps asking who the customer is and what they really need, because that's what makes a platform worth building.
