AI Program Managers who bring clarity to complexity and turn decisions into shipped outcomes, across multiple live engagements at once. And most importantly, folks who believe a week is a long time to ship. There will be roles but there won't be classes. Same insurance, same travel policy, best equipment for the role, founders included. No cabins, no seniority perks. Early employees get real equity. Not a token grant, meaningful ownership in what you help build for the next decade. Ashish and I have spent years at McKinsey & Company, BCG X, The Carlyle Group and elite startups.
