Product Engineer@K2alpha
Finally, it is time.
We at K2alpha.ai believe that with today's frontier models, every enterprise, not just the giants, deserves custom, AI-augmented software built for exactly how it works. Ashish Karan and I have been doing this for the past two years.
Now we're hiring the first 4–5 people to build with us, across Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Bangalore: 1–2 AI Program Managers and 2–3 Product Engineers.
We build AI products with companies, not for them. We embed inside a business, understand how it actually runs, ship production systems, then hand over the keys.
We're deliberately staying small. Every hire matters enormously.
Product Engineers who turn an ambiguous business problem into a working product, treating software, data, and AI as tools, not job boundaries. AI Program Managers who bring clarity to complexity and turn decisions into shipped outcomes, across multiple live engagements at once. And most importantly, folks who believe a week is a long time to ship.
There will be roles but there won't be classes. Same insurance, same travel policy, best equipment for the role, founders included. No cabins, no seniority perks.
Early employees get real equity. Not a token grant, meaningful ownership in what you help build for the next decade.
Ashish and I have spent years at McKinsey & Company, BCG X, The Carlyle Group and elite startups. We know what talent density and high standards can produce. We want that, without the hierarchy and theatre that usually comes with it.
If you need a roadmap handed to you, this isn't for you. If you want to define what K2alpha becomes, DM me with one hard, ambiguous problem you've shipped a solution for.
