Aerospace Engineer@LAT Aerospace
LAT Aerospace is hiring.
We've flown our uSTOL demonstrator where our models matched reality almost perfectly. Now we are locked in on building India's full-stack aerospace capability from first principles, across airframe, propulsion, autonomy and defence.
This is the kind of place where you own a problem end to end, from the first sketch to the bench test to the thing actually leaving the ground, and where "that's not my job" isn't a phrase anyone ever uses.
We want people who think in systems, not silos. Who care about the technology, not the title. Who want to build something India hasn't built before. And if you're an Indian building abroad, wondering if it's time to come back, this might be why.
Aerospace engineers, propulsion nerds, autonomy builders, or anyone who sees a bus in the sky and wants to know exactly how it works, let's talk. Reach out at sd@lat.com.
