🚀 We're hiring Forward Deployed Engineers2 (FDE2) for Voice AI at Meesho. We're building enterprise voicebots that handle live customer conversations daily at scale. Our FDE team owns the full technical lifecycle, from discovery to production and beyond. What this role offers: - E2E ownership from technical discovery to production go-live, no handoffs                 - You shape the solution, not just implement a spec: FDEs scope requirements, challenge assumptions, build solutions for the client and act as the product voice                                                    - Your code is in production within weeks, handling real customer conversations at scale  What you'll work on: - Production AI system: multi-agent orchestration, RAG, conversation design, model configuration, eval frameworks, etc.                                                        - Telephony and voice infrastructure: integrating across diverse client environments                         - Solution architecture: translating ambiguous client requirements into working production systems    This is a deeply technical role.
