Engineering Manager@Supabase
We're hiring Engineering Managers at Supabase. Lots of them.
You'll be running a small, high-calibre remote engineering team, owning their roadmap and delivery end-to-end, and being the person who actually clears blockers and builds the culture. This isn't a coordinator or a meeting scheduler role. This is for a genuine people leader who makes engineers better.
What we're looking for:
- background as an engineer before moving into management
- 3+ years managing remote, distributed teams
- Experience in cloud, SaaS, or developer tools
- Someone who's done the hard parts of management: real performance conversations, hiring, onboarding async, keeping a team healthy under pressure
- Default async, default written, high trust in your engineers
