We're growing the Platform Engineering (Developer Productivity) team. If you've ever stared at a slow CI pipeline or a painful observability stack and thought "someone should fix this for everyone" - that someone is who I'm looking for. This is hands-on engineering with real ownership. You'll build the internal tools, frameworks, and platforms that make every engineer at slice ship faster and safer - CI/CD, ephemeral environments, infra automation, AI-SDLC and observability. Here, developer experience is the product. What you'll work with: Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD (like Github Action, ArgoCD / Jenkins / Spinnaker), IaC, and Go (preferred for tooling). We're hiring at two levels — 4 to 8 years — so whether you're deep into platform work or ready to lead initiatives, there's likely a seat for you.
