Performance audits. Debugging. Release checks. Monitoring. Root-cause analysis. Infra decisions. Customer context. Internal tooling. If a human has to investigate the same thing twice, we should probably be building a system around it. As Founding Technical Lead, you'll help turn this vision into reality. You'll define the architecture. You'll set the engineering bar. You'll mentor and unblock engineers. You'll review, guide, and raise the quality of what we ship. You'll make sure we move fast without creating chaos. And when something is hard, unclear, or broken, you'll be the kind of person who takes ownership instead of waiting for someone else to figure it out. This role needs someone who can zoom out and lead, but also zoom in and debug deeply. Someone who can work across backend, infra, AI workflows, observability, automation, and product systems. Someone who has strong technical opinions, but cares more about building what works. Someone who can bring clarity when things are messy. There's no playbook here. You'll work directly with the founders, shape the engineering culture, help hire the early team, and build systems that real businesses depend on. Early. High ownership. Deep technical work.
