It is contract and project based work. You would be building real AI products that go into production for actual enterprise users, not internal demos that quietly die. The stack we lean on is Next.js, FastAPI, and Postgres. Honestly though, I care more about how you think than what sits on your resume. If you are strong in something close, we should still talk. Same if you lean more AI engineer, or you are a builder who has spent real time with LLMs, vector databases, or agents. What I am actually after is someone with a year or three of building behind them who takes ownership and does not wait around for perfect instructions to get going.
